The Building Maintenance Fund is to be used for the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Rodef Sholom Temple building and grounds, including any obligation of Rodef Sholom Temple for shared expenses for the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the United Jewish Community of the Virginia Peninsula grounds or facilities.
